1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging with Tamayaz for digital operations consulting and automation architecture, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

Tamayaz provides elite custom software automation, CRM integration, workflow design, and operational scaling systems. The scope, specific deliverables, and implementation timelines of these services are governed by individually executed Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in the SOW, Tamayaz retains the intellectual property rights to the generalized structural frameworks and core automation models developed during the provision of our services. Client-specific data and proprietary integrated secrets remain the sole property of the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tamayaz systems are architected for high reliability. However, Tamayaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party api changes, SaaS downtime, or external software interruptions outside of our administrative control.
